Is A-Reece releasing a joint mixtape with Blxckie?

Over the past couple of months, we have seen A-Reece be a lot more active on social media with platforms like Facebook and Instagram compared to other platforms such as Twitter.

Now you could probably talk it up to Facebook and Instagram being more fan-friendly and less hostile compared to Twitter which is viewed as a toxic environment.

A-Reece revealed some things on Facebook that he would like to see happen, as well as things he is actually working on.

In the next coming weeks A-Reece will be performing at Blxckie’s event, ‘The Somnyama Show’ in Cape Town, which is dope to see.

This was confirmed when the ‘We Both Know Better’ rapper posted a banner of ‘The Somnyama Show’ and captioned it with the following;

I mean it would not be the first time that A-Reece shows love to Blxckie by performing at one of his shows, as he did this before at the ‘B4now’ tour. So for them to link up at a show together once again, well it is something to definitely look out for.

Now A-Reece’s Facebook post above prompted a fan, Qiniso Ndlovu, to respond by writing;

A-Reece and Blxckie should drop a Mixtape And Go on tour if possible, it would be great for the Game right Now.

A-Reece then replied to the fan’s comment by writing;

Now for real.

Now even though a joint mixtape of Blxckie and A-Reece sounds far-fetched, it isn’t out of the realm of possibility considering that A-Reece is on board with something like that happening.

I mean a joint mixtape with arguably two of the biggest artists in the game right now would be a game changer, because just think about it right, you have A-Reece from Pretoria and Blxckie from Durban, where these two cities are the ones running the South African hip hop scene right now.

Imagine what the two of them would look like, I mean you have both guys bring others from each of their respective cities to join them on tour, which would be insane if you think about it, but as crazy and dope as that sounds, I did say it sounds far fetched.

In conclusion, we all know that both these guys are super talented, and undoubtedly the two most consistent rappers in South Africa currently, so a joint mixtape between them is something I would definitely love to see actually happen.
